God is the source of all love, and true love reflects God
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."
Have faith, hold on to hope, and live in love every day.
Our central mission is to build a strong, united, and vibrant community of Saint Thomas Christians in Exeter. A key part of this vision is to share the deep spiritual teachings of Jesus Christ and the rich heritage of the Syro Malabar tradition with the diverse people of Exeter. Through these efforts, we seek to inspire a heartfelt commitment among our members, encouraging them to live lives rooted in faith, hope, and joy. In doing so, we hope they become passionate representatives of the Catholic faith, spreading its message of love, compassion, and service throughout the wider community.

The church is a place where God speaks to His people.
The mission of the Mar Anthonios Syro-Malabar Church in Exeter, UK, is to serve the spiritual and cultural needs of the Syro-Malabar Catholic community, primarily composed of immigrants from Kerala, India. As part of the Syro-Malabar Eparchy of Great Britain, the Exeter mission aims to provide a space where members can celebrate the Holy Qurbana (Mass) in their native Malayalam language, preserving their rich liturgical traditions. Beyond worship, the mission fosters a sense of community through catechism classes, cultural events, and social gatherings, strengthening the bonds among families and individuals. This mission reflects the broader efforts of the Syro-Malabar Church in the UK to support its diaspora, ensuring that they maintain their spiritual heritage while integrating into the local society
